traditionally, men will choose expensive jewelry ,such as diamond ring as gift for their girls, but is there any exception? if choose low price costume jewelry, dose that limited mean indifference of the relationship between each other?

I have an appraisal for a 1 carat diamond, #4 color and #2 imperfection.?
