1.u would need ur friends to help but it is possible to complete national dex without it
2.u get spiritomb getting the odd keystone (which u get from a karate person east of hearthrome) then going to route 209 and using it on the thing that looks like a hollowed out rock. it wil become the hallowed tower u can only get spiritomb after u have met 32 ppl over wifi
3.in the big snowy field near snowpoint there wil be a house with a red halve circle behing it which is just an item barried in the snow. that item is rock climb. go inside the house and get the icicle plate if u want to.
4. u can only get manaphy over wifi, rangers, or ur friends

1. Yes, just be sure to fight basically every trainer in the game.
2. You get spiritomb by firts getting the Odd Keystone in route 208, then talking to 32 people in the Underground (Exploror Kit), lastly, go to route 209 and place the Odd Keystone into the hidden tower to fight spiritomb. You will only see one.

4. Yes, you have to transfer Manaphy from Pokemon Ranger.
