Once you evolve Sneasel into Weavile with the razor claw, does the razor claw disappear or will it still be on weavile? and if it does disappear is there a way to get another in the game? Cuz i might want more then one weavile.

Pokemon Diamond evolution question: How do evolve Sneasel into Weavile? I gave it a Razor Claw and leveled up, but nothing happened. Also, I have another question, where can I catch a Ditto? How common are they?
